Our Family Learning Centres
We offer every family an initial home visit to get to know each other, and find out what you really want to get out of your time with Midlothian Sure Start. We offer a range of family learning and other activities that you may wish to engage in such as PEEP, A Good Start, PICL (parents involved in their children’s learning), Bookbug, trips and Health living courses.
All of our Family Learning Centre provide a safe, friendly and stimulating environment for children to be cared for and play in and to make new friends. We use the 0-3 and 3-5 curriculum to support your child’s development. We also support non-directed free play to support your child to be able to express themselves creatively, explore the world around them, work through feelings and emotions and learn to relate positively to other children.
They also have lots of fun!!
25 hours free (funded) childcare for eligible 2 year olds and all 3-5 year olds.
