Perinatal Services
Our Perinatal Services provide one to one (on referral) and group support across Mid and East Lothian. Services include A Good Start and Services for Dads.
A Good Start is our award winning early years programme which includes baby massage facilitated by fully trained Infant Massage Therapists and sessions on early brain development, play and other information that parents with young babies would like including where to find additional groups and/or support.
Dads2be provides opportunities for future dads to find out more about how they can support their new partner through childbirth and beyond and what it will mean for themselves as a new dad. This includes opportunities to learn practical skills.
Our perinatal services are high quality confidential and non-judgemental groups delivered by highly trained practitioners who are winners of an AIMHUK team award. They are a great opportunity to meet other carers and have fun while doing so.
